About

The Negaunee Public Library, located at 319 W. Case St. in Negaunee City Hall, hosts a variety of local and touring musical acts each year, ranging from kids’ sing-along programs to outdoor lawn concerts in the summer months.

Also of potential interest: our weekly writing workshop (Wednesday evenings) is open to songwriters and lyricists.

Because all NPL programs are 100% free for the public to attend, and because our programming budget is set at the beginning of each year, please understand that our budget for compensating touring artists is somewhat limited. (A tip jar is OK, and artists are encouraged to bring their merchandise to sell.) We are always happy to hear from local artists looking for a space to put together a show in an intimate, moderate-volume, all-ages setting.
